Vicool 3 is located in a historic 18th century building and is the result of a recent renovation.
Vicool 3 is also an open space of about 50 square metres in which the volumes given by the very high ceilings have been recovered in favour of a spacious mezzanine. A lot of space was given to the kitchen, providing it with a large snack table, not only to dine comfortably, but also to devote oneself equally comfortably to art among the cookers.
The Vicool3 open space is equipped with all comforts and is the ideal place, given its location, to conduct a holiday or a long stay without necessarily having to use the car to get around.
Vicool 3 is located in a strategic place because it is only 100 metres from the MM of Piazza Dante, 200 metres from Piazza Bellini, home of the Neapolitan movida, and close to the main museums and tourist-cultural attractions of Naples.

Having a small hallway and a security door in common, Vicool 3 and Vicool 4 are ideal apartments to be rented by a large family or couples of friends who want to stay together, while preserving their privacy. The structure is entered via a common, armored entrance, which gives access to a long bright corridor, which is overlooked by the entrance doors of each apartment.
